•Make follow up calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion •Support new clients through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote •Make follow up calls to prospective referral partner leads and converting them into new partnerships •Assist the marketing team with marketing activity and onboarding new referral partners •Build engagement and maintain relationships with referral partners •Monitor and responding to incoming enquiries via email or phone •Provide support with general administration tasks on an ad hoc basis •Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
•Previous sales / relationship management / customer service experience •Proven track record of converting leads to clients •Strong objection handling skills •Warm and personable communication skills •Strong affinity for digital technology •Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
