• Be responsible for the revenue target from brand direct sponsorship as part of a broader team target • Development of a brand direct strategy in line with the agency sales approach • Assessment of existing DAZN inventory & sponsorship packages • Analysis of inventory to develop innovative packages for multiple rights • Go-to-market approach around key opportunities including European domestic football leagues, women’s football, UK boxing, NGL Game Pass International, plus many more • Develop new business + revenue streams from multiple regions around the globe, including untapped potentials including MENA + China • Working closely with VP Global Sales on brand direct approach, and agency sales team • Working closely with brand direct & sponsorship sales teams in other markets to increase coverage of global brands
• Senior level experience working in sponsorship sales within a club, league, federation • Broad understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape and its nuances • Visibility of brands interested in sponsorship opportunities, whether within EU or other regions • Robust network of senior sponsorship or marketing contacts • Experience in creating innovative sponsorship packages which deliver on brand objectives • Extensive knowledge of sports, multiple markets and the sports marketing space • Experience of working with brands, leagues or broadcasters on digital platforms • Ability to communicate and present to budget holders at senior levels • Proven track record of sales within sports sponsorship • Exceptional people management and communication skills
