Description

• Sales Enablement Director responsible for onboarding and sales training programs. • Manage team of sales enablement instructors in EMEA and APAC. • Conduct monthly enablement reporting for the Academy. • Perform skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement. • Project manage training content development and live training events.

Requirements

• Experience in sales training and managing a team. • Strong presentation, facilitation, and people management skills. • Familiarity with a range of sales methodologies and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). • Ability to adapt delivery style to audience and apply sales skills to real-life scenarios. • Experience with Enterprise-level sales cycles, having personally closed new business, ideally in both an IC and leadership role. • Previous experience in an enablement role. • Familiarity with Sales Methodologies and Sales Frameworks such as MEDPICC and Value Selling. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including fluency in English. • High levels of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail. • Relevant enablement and/or sales qualifications are desirable but not essential.
