Description
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty. • Design, execute, and optimize loyalty and rewards programmes that drive customer engagement. • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for enhancing loyalty. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the loyalty experience. • Optimize the pricing of rewards while maintaining cost-effectiveness. • Manage budget for loyalty and rewards logistics. • Stay updated with Web3 trends related to loyalty and rewards. • Collaborate with the partnership team to enhance rewards portfolio. • Establish KPIs to track loyalty programmes' effectiveness.
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. • Proven experience with Web3 technologies (e.g. NFTs, tokens, smart contracts) and understanding of their use cases in loyalty and rewards. • Excellent project management and organisational skills. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful loyalty strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • A passion for Web3, blockchain technologies, and decentralised economies. • Knowledge of sport, especially football, is considered an advantage. • Willingness to travel as needed.
