• Work closely with our Head of Operations to develop strategies that will improve our member experience • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness at scale • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement • Monitor and report on key operational metrics • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders • Continuously improve processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Are a strategic thinker with 6-10 years of experience in business operations • Track record of success in driving efficiency, improving processes and customer experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong SQL skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong project management skills • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
