Description

• Coordinate OpEx projects inc. facilitating workshops, generation & approval of project charters, driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practices. • Co-ordinate procurement activities for the Tech Ops function and support contract review and approval processes. • Oversee coordination & review of departmental budget, risk management, operational processes, and routine monitoring of external costs. • Assist with strategic and long-range planning (LRP) activities for the tech ops function. • Maintain business evaluation databases. • Contribute ideas and support the organisation of engagement initiatives e.g. co-ordinating monthly Lunch & Learn. • Assist with the design and preparation of presentations to support departmental communication processes. • Provide precise reporting and governance support for the technical functions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an operations coordinator, or similar role preferably within the biotechnology sector. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships. • Process orientated and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistent attention to detail. • Reliable, with excellent time-management and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, anticipate and resolve challenges and deliver results to demanding deadlines • A strong team player with a flexible and customer-focused approach • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight. • Familiarity with Operational Excellence / Lean program coordination. • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
