• Develop and implement marketing strategies that streamline processes and improve team efficiency. • Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and metrics for success. • Ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current marketing workflows and implement solutions to improve speed and quality of execution. • Standardize processes and build scalable frameworks to enhance team productivity and agility. • Continuously monitor and refine processes to ensure they are up-to-date with industry best practices. • Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to support execution efficiency. • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new marketing technologies that drive automation and enhance team performance. • Ensure the marketing team is properly trained and supported in using marketing tools effectively. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team focused on execution excellence. • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across marketing and cross-functional teams. • Work closely with the leadership team to align operations with overall marketing strategies and objectives. • Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and operations. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all marketing operations activities. • Manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Marketing Operations • Experience working within B2B enterprise SaaS businesses • Experience working with Financial Services customers • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Sound understanding of marketing tools
