• As the Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy through data-driven insights and operational efficiency. • You will lead a team responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns, measuring performance, and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles within the tech industry. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. • proficiency in marketing analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce). • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
