•This role will sit within our Lead Generation Team based in our Leeds Headquarters. •Our team is responsible for identifying opportunities and grow our customer base into new markets through managing pipeline. •They proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, generate interest in the product and highlight the added value and benefits it offers. •The role will be responsible for identifying potential new customers through methods of research to enhance initial customer interactions and build strong relationships from the start. •We are looking for someone with an optimistic, high-energy approach who thrives in a fun environment where everyone has a voice. •In this fast-paced role, you'll be supported by a fantastic team culture focused on shared objectives. •You'll tackle challenges head-on, find fulfilment in your achievements, and celebrate team successes. •If you have proven sales experience, strong problem-solving abilities, effective objection-handling skills, and excellent communication skills, this role offers a gold mine of opportunity to bring your experience of “what good looks like” to the table and make a significant impact in role.
•Highly motivated individuals who are eager to take initiative and drive results. •Experience in sales or telesales environment or a strong desire to thrive in an outbound sales environment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential customers. •A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs. •Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track leads. •Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments. •Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in pursuing leads. •Quick thinking and resourceful in finding solutions to challenges. •Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow.
