• Develop accounts in your territory (within EMEA) to close ARR deals and achieve quota attainment • You understand the art of storytelling and you know how to identify pains/challenges • Demonstrate and competently sell AutogenAI value to key stakeholders and buying committees within the accounts during complex sales cycles • You will deeply research each target account, and build supporting win plans to execute close • Develop and manage senior executive level relationships • Accurately define customer requirements, pain points and success measures • Collaborate with the customer success team to manage successful onboarding and expand account revenue • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast of new deals • Execute and close a strong pipeline (maintain at >4x) of opportunities to exceed your sales targets
• Demonstrable track record of success in value-based software sales into Enterprise companies • Consistently deliver on 6+ figure deals • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives • Validated quota achiever • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated to succeed both individually, and with a young and fast-growing company • Must be willing to travel and attend events, as required • Desirable: You have experience or knowledge in the bidding and proposal industry • Prior sales experience within start-up/hyper-growth environments
