• Working closely with Mike (CSO) to own an enterprise-level sales quota (6-month ramp period) • Proactively identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities across regulated sectors • Working closely with the product teams to ensure solving the biggest challenges for FinCrime in the UK • Key in driving the success of financial crime prevention solutions
• Strong background as an Account Executive in a B2B and/or enterprise market, preferably in the technology or financial services sector • Expertise in enterprise sales, preferably selling AML and KYC products to regulated firms • Top performer in your previous companies with a top-tier quota achievement record • Familiar with the MEDDPIC framework used today for sales • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Humble, approachable, and a team player
