Description
• Completing Builder’s in-depth onboarding and sales training • Managing sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives • Developing territory plan and pipeline • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities • Working with cross-functional teams • Negotiating pricing and contractual terms • Forecasting territory performance • Advocating for customer implementations • Maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements
• 5+ years of software sales experience managing complex sales cycles • Growth mindset – willingness to try and learn • Ability to align technology solutions to complex business problems • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships • Technologically literate with business acumen • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong computer skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce • Ability to work individually and collaboratively as a team • Bachelor's degree (or any sales training methodologies) • Ability to travel to global events when required
