Description

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking events. • Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their specific requirements. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our IT services. • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT services sales or a related role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. • Good knowledge of IT services and solutions. • Experience in using CRM software and sales tools. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
