• Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing • Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses • Educate strategic prospects through complex sales-cycles to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders • Work with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate pipeline • Prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all communications
• Previous sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED/MEDDIC a bonus • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft • Proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes • Drive urgency and take end-to-end ownership for quota attainment • Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your pipeline • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills, and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
