• Develop a deep understanding of the Addepar platform and be able to apply it to client requirements, industry challenges, and goals. • Build success plans for a pool of clients, supporting critical client metrics to drive adoption and identify optimisation and cross-selling opportunities. • Provide continuing education and insights to clients relating to new feature releases, Addepar’s product roadmap, and reviewing product usage trends across clients in your pool. • Assist in the identification of new revenue opportunities for the Account Manager and Product Specialists and participate in presentations to clients, including but not limited to: new projects, additional Addepar products, or partner and integration solutions. • Be a vocal advocate for your clients internally, building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure long term client success.
• Several years experience in a financial industry role, such as Wealth Management, Capital Markets, FinTech, preferably in a client-facing role. • Experience building and improving client relationships with a track record of success as validated by improved client health, reference-ability and platform adoption. • Strong time management and analytical skills, with a consistent framework or process approach to problem solving and handling difficult client conversations. • Ability to establish relationships with key influencers (internal and client); executive presence and the ability to optimally navigate and persuade all levels of an organisation. • Independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. • You are open to travel.
