Description

Requirements
• Operational management experience within a professional services, consulting or digital agency environment. • Experience leading change and transformation programmes. • Experience overseeing strategic workforce planning and project resourcing. • Comfortable in hands-on operational roles, including process design. • Ability to use data and metrics for reporting on key indicators. • Effective collaboration with sales and growth stakeholders. • Demonstrated People Leadership experience, leading Senior Managers and talent management.
