• Support the content leadership team in coordinating key initiatives and project management support • Identify and implement the change on areas for business, process and technology improvement to maximise the impact our team has on the business and our customers • Create and maintain reports that track and show progress against the our strategy and roadmap • Take the lead to investigate and solve technology improvements/issues/risks with the right stakeholders • Be the conduit and relationship manager with key internal stakeholders to establish and lead an approach to how we plan and deliver content • Be responsible for managing the user access of our systems and technology across the team and ensure that we have the right processes and governance in place, to ensure our regional coordinators use it correctly • Complete checks and balances that the right processes are being followed and that the end result for our customers is beautiful and engaging • Ensure that we have global coverage monitoring stakeholder questions regarding content and our systems via slack and email and manage and respond
• Running a process from start to finish • Managing key processes with the use of relevant technology • Supporting multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and team members • Managing communications and change across cross-functional teams • Experience with Asana, Zendesk, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Hangouts • Salesforce experience preferred • Reporting and data management • Effectively working across functions and in geographically distributed teams
