• Market Waterworks brand and products to clients • Develop and maintain productive business relationships • Create an outside marketing plan for project quotes and orders • Utilize social media and networking to build client relationships • Meet with clients to present product lines and secure orders • Manage all phases of client projects • Provide regular updates to manager • Provide a superior client experience • Actively identify and develop new business and relationships • Actively participate in industry and showroom events

Requirements

• 3 plus years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the high-end, luxury brand environment • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals • Success with developing new business opportunities • Experience and confidence working effectively with international clients • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills • Ability to understand and translate clients’ needs into sales • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales transactions • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools; digitally proficient • Plumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred • Ability to market outside of the showroom up to 50% of week • Travel up to 30% to local clients and to markets outside of the UK
