• Address complex support cases • Support the first line team • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems • Ensure prompt and effective solutions
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider environment. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications and managed firewalls. • Experience with on premise Microsoft server environment would be desirable. • Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Bristol.
