Description

• Support the CEO • Effectively manage the CEO’s calendar, balancing internal and external meetings, travel, and events. • Coordinate agendas, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and events. • Organise and facilitate venues and travel arrangements for the CEO and the senior team. • Manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritising key communications, drafting emails, and maintaining clear lines of communication. • Schedule, organise, and manage cross-team meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and strategic initiatives. • Lead the planning and execution of both internal and external events. • Provide administrative and coordination support for company-wide projects and initiatives. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and key documents for the CEO, board and senior leadership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with experience supporting C-suite executives. • Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritising effectively to ensure all deadlines are met. • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. • A meticulous eye for detail, especially in managing schedules, logistics, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all tasks. • Ability to anticipate issues and solve problems before they arise, ensuring smooth daily operations. • An interest in politics, current affairs and the media would be a major advantage.
