• Managing global payroll, with a focus on UK processes and compliance, while supporting Ireland, Turkey, Poland, and Lithuania. • Ensuring accuracy in payroll processing and compliance with local labour laws across supported markets. • Overseeing the employee lifecycle in the UK, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement, while providing support in other markets as needed. • Collaborating with the Global People Services team to align global HR initiatives with local regulations. • Supporting employee relations matters and acting as the first point of contact for People Services queries across all supported regions. • Organising and managing office events and celebrations (e.g. company birthday, seasonal events) to ensure a positive employee experience at TransferGo. • Assisting with benefits administration and ensuring employees are well-supported in their roles. • Keeping up-to-date with legislation changes and ensuring policies remain compliant with local laws.
• Experience managing payroll, ideally in the UK, with knowledge of Ireland, Turkey, Poland, and Lithuania's payroll legislation being an advantage. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to work effectively with a global, distributed team. • Experience supporting employee relations and a focus on creating a positive workplace culture. • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. • Passion for enhancing employee experience through thoughtful engagement and initiatives.
