• Support and advise on change initiatives. • Develop effective working relationships with leaders. • Coach performance management for optimum results. • Lead on employee relations casework. • Collaborate with hiring managers for staffing needs. • Support the development and delivery of People change projects. • Create and develop HR policies in line with strategy. • Participate in HR team projects and support HR needs. • Approve employment contracts and changes in payroll. • Support induction and onboarding of new joiners. • Anticipate and assess recruitment needs.
• Previous demonstrable experience as a proactive HR Business Partner/HR Generalist. • Interest in the commercial workings of the business. • CIPD Accreditation would be an advantage. • In-depth understanding of employment law. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Great planning and organising skills. • Passion for professional development. • Great influencing and communication skills. • Experience of delivering change projects. • Effective problem solving skills. • Effective in the use of MS Office, SharePoint tools. • Great attention to detail, drive for excellence.
