• Work alongside senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with account and business goals. • Act as a consultant to leadership on human resources-related issues, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed. • Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict management. • Support the talent acquisition process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job roles, and participate in interviews. • Drive talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. • Identify training needs within staff and partner with the Learning & Development Manager to implement appropriate programs. • Support career development planning and performance improvement initiatives. • Lead and manage HR-related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in including a Performance Appraisal system. • Provide expertise in organisational development and design, helping to optimise team structures for efficiency. • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, helping to drive data-informed decision-making. • Monitor and report on workforce planning, employee turnover, and other key HR indicators. • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with internal company processes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, legal requirements, and industry trends to mitigate risks and ensure best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • CIPD Level 5 (or higher) qualification preferred. • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic HR management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data analysis.
