• Act as the primary point of contact for the People Team in the region • Locally manage People Team operations including employee data updates and maintenance in HRIS system Assist with benefits administration and reporting • Create a seamless onboarding experience for employees, running background checks, ensuring new hire paperwork is complete and managing the new hire experience • Lead and manage all recruiting activity for London hires including campus interns and graduates • Keep a pulse on morale and employee engagement and actively work to make the experience of London employees the best it can be • Partner with the broader People Team to make the needs of London employees understood and listened to and vice versa
• At least 5 years of HR experience, at least 2 years in a recruiting capacity • Experience handling full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and scheduling candidates • Experience in the financial services, technology or crypto is preferred • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software • Bachelor's degree • Proactive, self-starter
