• The Business Development Executive will be an individual contributor role and a core component of the team’s sales efforts • Responsible for both proactively reaching out to prospective buyers as well as supporting existing client base • Support customers and prospects by understanding their needs, finding alignment with Training The Street’s services, and persuading decision makers to take action with the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or five years of relevant sales experience • Evidence of making an average of 50 outbound calls daily while effectively responding to inbound inquiries • Experience closing sales in the transaction range of $5,000 - $25,000 • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft 365 office systems, and use of social media to extend prospecting efforts
