Description
• Be the first point of contact for office-related inquiries • Manage daily office operations including meeting room bookings • Ensure health & safety regulations are followed • Organize exciting meetings, events, and socials • Coordinate with suppliers and manage office supplies • Build and manage office budget • Enhance onboarding process for new employees • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders • Create an inspiring, inclusive office space • Support the broader people team on company-wide initiatives
Requirements
• Strong background as an Office Manager, preferably in a similar-sized business • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Deep understanding of Health and Safety regulations • Comfortable using all applications within Google Suite • Experience managing office refits and capacity planning • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Proven track record of creating a creative and inspiring workplace • Dynamic and proactive problem-solving ownership
