• Strong background as an Office Manager, preferably in a similar-sized business • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Deep understanding of Health and Safety regulations • Comfortable using all applications within Google Suite • Experience managing office refits and capacity planning • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Proven track record of creating a creative and inspiring workplace • Dynamic and proactive problem-solving ownership
