Description
• Responsible for ensuring robust systems are in place for the management and co-ordination of the Cellular Pathology office • Providing comprehensive administrative support and knowledge to the Consultant Histopathologist team, Dermatologists, junior doctors and management team in Pathology
Requirements
• Experience of leading and managing a large team, including chairing meetings • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams at all levels Success in working collaboratively across professions, services and organisational boundaries • Experience of project management Experience of Pathology, Winpath LIMS systems Knowledge of wider NHS issues and priorities
