• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office while handling bookkeeping and HR functions. • Maintain accurate financial records, assist in budget management, and process payroll. • Assist in the recruitment process and maintain employee records.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field • At least 5+ years of experience in management, bookkeeping, and HR functions. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). • Tech Savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly. • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
