• Advise and support on employee relations activities. • Provide HR support and note taking at formal meetings. • Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding process. • Draft HR documentation and contracts. • Implement HR policies and procedures. • Assist with BI annual reward and salary review process.
• Experience of working in a true HR generalist role across all areas of HR within a financial services business • Strong ER experience • Experience with integrations/ TUPE is highly advantageous • Ability to work autonomously within the framework of the applicable policies • Knowledge of employment law • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong employment law experience • Attention to detail • Team player with a can do attitude
• Travel to offices across the UK and potentially internationally. • Support with recruitment activities. • Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
