• Lead the ongoing optimization and enhancement of our Workday system to ensure it meets evolving business needs and maximizes ROI. • Oversee the planning and implementation of new Workday modules, including Talent Optimization and LMS, aligning with our strategic HR objectives. • Manage a team of two HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to drive the successful adoption and effective use of Workday across the organization. • Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of HR data within Workday. • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, configurations, and updates. • Develop and deliver training programs to increase proficiency in Workday for HR and other end-users.
• 5+ years experience in HR systems management, with a strong focus on Workday • Experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modules • Knowledge of touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security • Strong project planning and implementation skills. Experience working in a multi European office setting, optimizing Workday to meet local regulations and legislation. Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional projects. • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in system optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams.
