• Developing and executing commercial and business development strategies that drive profitable revenue growth and market expansion within the respiratory healthcare market. • This role will focus on the UK provider market, establishing growth across the NHS and provider landscape.
• An excellent understanding of the UK healthcare market, including pricing strategies and NHS reimbursement routes. Previous experience of selling to and negotiating at an ICB level is essential. • Change management – previous experience of defining and developing a market, changing behaviours and long-standing clinical practices. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions. • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. • High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to compliance and corporate governance. • Comprehensive understanding of the UK regulatory environment relating to the sale and marketing of regulated medical devices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and professionally represent TidalSense with a variety of senior stakeholders. • The ability to understand and present medical and scientific content. • Adaptability – the ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a scientific or medical discipline) with relevant post-graduate experience in a healthcare related field. • Proven track record of success in commercial roles within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and strategic planning. • Solid understanding of the UK and EU healthcare market dynamics, including regulations, reimbursement policies, and customer preferences. • Prior experience of value-based business development. Highly numerate and comfortable discussing health economic data with commissioners. • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
