• Manage existing and generate new introducer relationships • Drive sales across the entire revenue spectrum including all service and product areas • Own, project manage and deliver business development campaigns in coordination with marketing and internal stakeholders • Deliver personal revenue according to budget plan • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners, or vendors • Increase the breadth of support and advice provided to existing clients by maximising cross referrals within the group • Conduct periodic market research and analysis • Highlight procedures & processes that do not adhere to TCF/RCR principles
• Proven success in a Business Development role • Extensive professional networks and connections • Financial Planning experience and knowledge of Employee Benefits products • Strong communication and presentation skills • The ability to influence and negotiate with others • The ability to think creatively and strategically • Business Savvy with Commercial awareness • Results focused with self-motivation in the ability to be motivated by targets • Financial Services / Wealth Management is nice to have • Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent • Team player and self-starter with great organisational skills
