Description
• Ensure program success, delivering new products on time, within budget, and meeting quality and performance standards • Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative lab automation products and consumables to market quickly • Collaborate with the PMO to develop and maintain project plans • Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly • Facilitate communication across all business functions and teams • Work closely with R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes • Solve complex problems and lead strategic program execution • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates • Protect intellectual property by ensuring proper security of project documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree within an appropriate Engineering/Science discipline • 5+ years of cross-functional project and/or technical leadership experience • 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a product development, technical industry, manufacturing, and/or research environment • Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements • Strong understanding of product development processes, including hardware, software, and consumables • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
