• Programme Management Expertise: Help our teams who are currently in startup mode with discovery work across our feedback and recontact propositions. • In-Team Leadership: Roll up your sleeves and guide our team through Lean and Agile practices. We’re all about collaboration! • Operational Excellence: Establish efficient ways of working, unblock obstacles, and liaise with other Delivery Managers to untangle interdependencies. • Progress Reporting: Keep everyone in the loop by providing regular updates on project milestones and delivery. • OKR Champion: Help us stay on track by updating and aligning our Objectives and Key Results. • Team Enablement: Be the facilitator who empowers our busy team, freeing them from administrative burdens.
• Proven experience with discovery and early stage teams (digital products/services) • Proven ability to organise and structure a newly formed team’s delivery • Demonstrable delivery success (digital product/service delivery) • Proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, Miro, and MS Sharepoint • Vendor management expertise • Strong stakeholder relationship skills • Data-driven insights and reporting • Track record of managing multiple projects • Agile product development familiarity • Healthtech, research or biotechnology experience (desired but not essential)
