Description
* be accountable to organise, track, and drive large scale cross functional, complex and strategically important change initiatives to successful outcomes * provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner * identify and manage all associated risks, issue and dependencies * lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives * monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team * lead change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
Requirements
* knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools * experienced in managing large scale programmes * able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule * effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members
