• 6+ years of consumer product growth experience, with a track record of successful product outcomes. • Results-oriented, finding feasible ways to validate big and novel ideas. • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change. • Experienced in defining and driving product strategy, biased towards action and driving impact. • Experienced with data-driven product development, building on insights from qualitative and quantitative methods. • Excellent leadership and relationship building skills. • Excellent communicator and storyteller, effectively communicating concepts and ideas.
