•Develop the product strategy and execution plan for optimising Bumble Inc’s ad revenue growth, influencing various stakeholders to deliver new advertising products and features •Own Bumble Inc’s ad platform, being the point of knowledge for technical understanding and execution •Enhance our direct-sold ad offering on Bumble, delivering new ad formats and capabilities to meet advertiser needs •Optimise our programmatic ad stack on Badoo, integrating new ad placements and demand partners •Maintain our consent management tooling to ensure advertising complies with the latest privacy laws and regulations •Understand and own Bumble Inc’s ad inventory potential, balancing this with ensuring advertising does not impact users and the app ecosystem •Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, ad ops, business analytics, legal, and finance teams to grow advertising revenue
•Demonstrated product management experience working on a consumer product, with strong mobile DNA •Specific experience of building digital advertising products in consumer apps with millions of users scale •Experience using Google Ad Manager and programmatic monetisation platforms such as Unity’s, Meta’s and Amazon’s are a bonus •Experience interfacing with Sales/Commercial teams as well as exec-level stakeholders
