• Maintain effective feedback loops with customers and internal teams to gather insights for continuous improvement and iteration • Ensure the product remains functional and relevant by addressing bugs, technical debt, and user feedback • Collaborate with marketing & commercial, service & account management, engineering, quality and regulatory to align product improvements with customer needs and business goals • Refine customer onboarding processes to enhance user experience and reduce time-to-value for new customers • Work on improving customer service by integrating feedback mechanisms, optimising support processes • Use data to monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and onboarding/support effectiveness • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, updates, and progress
• 3-5 years of B2B product management experience • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies • Familiarity with highly regulated environments and compliance requirements • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • A genuine believer in diversity, fairness, and inclusion • Ideally, you’ll also have: • Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry • Experience in providing support for a live product • Experience in a startup/agile environment • Knowledge of UK-specific industry standards and regulations, such as MHRA, ISO, or GDPR, DTAC (including DCB1029)
