Description
• Play a key role in developing our go-to-market sales narrative • Serve as a measurement expert supporting pre-campaign measurement efforts • Understand the sales business to increase client engagement and sales targets • Partner with strategic advertisers and agency partners for research programs • Provide critical media industry expertise and stay ahead of trends • Educate stakeholders on media performance trends for business decisions • Lead client and agency research engagements presenting insights • Partner with Business Marketing to identify top performing campaigns • Partner regarding training and research consultation • Extract insights and use them to answer sales and marketing questions • Use 1st party data and custom research for broader insights • Ensure insights are consistent and methodologically sound • Be a people leader guiding a diverse team • Set team goals and ensure accountability
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising research at a research vendor, media owner, advertiser or agency partner. • Experience in our main EMEA markets: UK, FR, DE, ES, IT • Extensive experience in the role of research and measurement to drive incremental advertising revenue • Exceptional presenter in both intimate and expansive forums, able to influence decision-making processes • High level of experience in running multiple forms of advertising measurement - Brand Lift, Cross Media, Digital Measurement • Strong background in quantitative advertising research, with proven skills in crafting and analyzing research studies • Extensive experience in data analysis and storytelling, telling the “why” within research results • Hands-on and curious, going above and beyond in unexpected places • Previous usage of SQL or equivalent a plus • Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscapes • Experience working with 3rd party research tools • Experience with custom survey programming and data analysis software desired • Self-starter who works on own initiative • Positive and collaborative teammate who values relationships • Leadership experience, managing and mentoring researchers
