Description
• Lead the water resources reporting and compliance team for South West Water, Bristol Water, Bournemouth Water, and Isles of Scilly regions. • Develop and maintain internal and regulatory reporting outputs ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory guidelines. • Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt reporting processes as needed. • Implement robust processes for data collection and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Requirements
• Dynamic professional, with a background in compliance management in a regulated industry. • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and confident to act when needed. • Statistics/ Business / Finance/ Law/ Economics/ Science/ Environmental/ related Degree • Track record of successfully managing compliance audits, investigations, or regulatory inquiries and experience in liaising with regulatory authorities, industry groups, or other external stakeholders. • Knowledge of water resources standards and regulatory requirements • Highly organized with the ability to plan, track, deliver, and evaluate work to meet defined deadlines, adapt to challenges, and build strong relationships with external regulators, stakeholders, and internal teams at all levels.
