Description

• Identify specific sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients • Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of Simeio • Act as brand ambassador and advocate for Simeio's offerings • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis • Effectively lead the sales process and provide subject matter expertise • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory • Assist in scoping and pricing IAM engagements • Manage conversations at all business and technical levels • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and partners • Build relationships with key Simeio partners • Follow-up with clients to ensure ongoing account coverage

Requirements

• 7+ years' proven B2B enterprise sales experience in Identity and Access Management • Ability to travel 30% to 40% in-territory; up to 60% out of territory • Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in IAM, GRC, cybersecurity • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate business relationships with key executives • Ability to understand business problems and propose effective solutions • Proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers • Effective at presenting to executive management • Excellent writing and communication skills • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and organizational skills • Understanding/experience in regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance preferred
