Description
• Responsible for consumer led commercial products development • End-to-end product research & development ownership • Own core and new product needs aligned with category strategy • Collaborate with product & commercial teams for innovative ranges • Present and sign off product ranges to directors • Identify consumer needs and product benefits • Strong focus on product quality and functionality • Review commercial data trends for new products • Conduct customer and social listening for trends • Update business on project status and risks • Define NPD lead times and manage relationships with suppliers • Negotiate cost prices and oversee sample production • Conduct internal user trials with the Compliance team • Oversee product packaging process and compliance checks • Support internal teams with product information
Requirements
• Passionate about beauty and active social engagement • Strong knowledge of product development in skincare • Management experience • High level of Microsoft Office knowledge • Exceptionally organised and adaptable • Confident leader and self-driven individual • Team player, motivating product teams and cross-functional teams
