• Drive Key Initiatives: Take ownership of specific products, leading the process from initial research and concept development through to successful implementation with the engineering team. • Champion User Needs: Become a passionate advocate for both players and creators, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with FiveM. • Partner with Design: Collaborate effectively with UX/UI Design, translating ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly prototypes that can be developed into final features. • Define Clear Requirements: Craft detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that clearly outline feature specifications and work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation. • Influence Product Roadmaps: Actively contribute to the development of your product roadmap, clearly articulating your recommendations and gaining stakeholder consensus. • Embrace Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to analyse the impact of product changes and iterate to improve key metrics. • Experiment and Learn: Adopt an experimentation-focused mindset, running A/B tests to quickly validate hypotheses and make data-backed decisions.
• 4+ years of product management experience with technology platforms. • Strong desire for improving user experiences. • Experience working on technical projects through inception, design, and implementation. • Preference towards working iteratively and responding to changing requirements and evolving stakeholder visions. • Knack for influencing stakeholders across a variety of groups – including publishing, design, technical leadership, and external development partners – without explicit authority. • Knowledge of agile software development processes and various prioritization frameworks.
