Description
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting business applications • Support and maintain integrations between applications • Investigate and resolve exceptional behavior in a timely manner • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to incidents promptly • Work to existing standards and processes within Business Applications Support
Requirements
• Strong experience in retail IT business systems support • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Prior knowledge of Retail, Merchandising, Finance and Warehouse solutions • Good technical knowledge and strong Excel skills • Experience with SaaS solutions, API integrations, data handling and manipulation • Exposure to Google Big Query and other data reporting systems • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
