• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person • Assist users with hardware and software problems • Install, configure, and maintain hardware peripherals • Create and update documentation for IT procedures • Assist in managing IT assets and inventory tracking • Assist the network team with setup, configuration, and maintenance • Implement and enforce security measures to protect data and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Certified: MCDST preferred • 3+ years of experience administering and supporting operating systems in a corporate environment • Experience in IT Support related roles • Expert knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the associated business applications • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate clearly with employees and management • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision • Must be able to work in a global, deadline-driven and fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Travel upon request and internationally (U.K. and France) as needed • Ability to lift 30 pounds
