Description
• Create visually compelling designs for our website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with Rat & Boa's brand identity. • Develop engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including animated ads, social media content, and video assets. • Contribute to the design and improvement of user experiences on our digital platforms, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality. • Adhere to and evolve Rat & Boa’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. • Skillfully combine various content types—such as text, images, and video—into cohesive and visually appealing designs that flow seamlessly. • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and execute design strategies that support our business goals. • Stay updated on industry trends and digital design innovations to keep Rat & Boa at the forefront of digital creativity.
Requirements
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, etc.) • Experience in motion design and video editing. • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and proficiency in Figma. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. • Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including graphic and motion design projects. • Previous experience in fashion or e-commerce
