Description

• Collaborate with the Brand Creative Director and MarComm team to develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies • Create visually appealing graphics for events, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, web, and other marketing collateral • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels • Learn project management and approval systems and contribute to work critiques • Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive • Maintain open communication with supervisor and team members at all times • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident

Requirements

• 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field desired • Must submit a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects • Excellent visual design fundamentals including composition, colour theory, typography, concept development and creating information-based graphics • A strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and solve design-related challenges effectively • Expert knowledge and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other relevant design software • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines against changing priorities and time-sensitive projects • Utilize extensive knowledge of design thinking and leverage knowledge of design and cultural trends • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment • Passion, motivation, and a great work ethic
