• Lead on all visual output, guiding the design team and shaping the brand • Work with Marketing and Exec team members for creative design solutions • Create and execute internal and external content including advertising, social media, and videos • Adapt and advance design quality, creating scalable assets • Ensure consistency and high quality across all design outputs • Collaborate with in-house teams and external vendors to develop marketing materials at pace • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Significant experience creating animations using Adobe After Effects • Video editing skills and understanding effective styles for online platforms • Ability to quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes • Experience designing homepages, landing pages, and email concepts with strong knowledge of Figma or Sketch • Attention to detail in assets prepared for print and digital • Management experience of junior staff or 5+ years in a fast-paced environment • Project management across multiple deadlines • Globally-minded and able to apply broader design concepts to B2B • Evidence of keeping up to date with current trends within design • Nice to have: Agency, branded content, or in-house design services experience
• Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the London Moorgate Office • Occasional travel for meetings, photo shoots, or design-related activities • Flexibility to work across different time zones
