Description

•We are seeking a talented and creative midweight designer with strong video editing skills to join our team. •The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. •This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, advanced video editing techniques and a keen eye for detail. •Conceptualising and creating both still and video assets for various channels including web, email, social (organic and paid) and print •Leading autonomously on the design and messaging hierarchy for all promotional campaign assets •Managing the production and editing of raw video footage into polished, engaging video content for paid and organic social channels. •Conceptualising and producing video content in line with our core marketing calendar.

Requirements

•Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects in both still and video formats •Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar formal training (highly desirable) •Proficient in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools •Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition •Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively •Team-player attitude with a willingness to contribute to creative brainstorms •Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment •Proactive and independent, able to self-regulate and prioritise •Ambitious learner, who keeps up to date with the latest trends in their areas of expertise and is motivated in their professional development •Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling •Strong knowledge of print and production processes is a bonus •Interest in and appreciation of sustainable business practices and small brands
