Description
• Provide comprehensive support to the CCO, including managing schedules and correspondence. • Ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Organisation. • Work closely with the commercial team to support various projects and initiatives. • Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders. • Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements and expense reports. • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • A proactive and adaptable approach to work. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce (SFDC), will be a plus.
